Bamba is committed to women and their crucial role in the community.

That is why in 2012 we created the NEEMA women’s project. It consists of a group of 15 women who develop different economic activities thus generating a benefit to the group and a means of life to take charge of the optimal care of their children.

It also serves as a social sustenance and support group. Many of them are single mothers with a large number of dependent children and their activity in NEEMA is their only source of income.

Our activities are:

  • Production of local products: School uniforms, shopping bags, and other clothing
  • Production of international products: Masai jewelry, bags, turbans, bags, key rings
  • Professional training in the textile and commercial field
  • Development of English and computer workshops thanks to the presence of European travelers, thus giving them an additional quality training.
